Nobu | DFW Restaurant Week 2014

We love going to Nobu! The food is consistent and it feels very celebratory. So, of course this made it onto our list of must-dines during DFW’s Restaurant week! The Cold Ramen Noodle composition was light and flavorful, the same goes for the Cucumber Sunomono. Barbara ordered the Grilled Chicken Yakitori, which she said was moist, tangy, savory and delicious. I ordered the Sea Bass Dry Miso – one word – UMAMI! To end this exquisite meal we both ordered the Mango Cardamom Panna Cotta. It’s hard to impress me with dessert and this was absolutely wonderful. It was airy, perfectly balanced with a melange of textures and flavors at play. You can find Nobu’s complete restaurant menu here.

Wishing you all delicious eats,
