Big Announcement! We’re Both Pregnant + Our Favorite Maternity Brands

We have the most exciting news to share with y’all! Barbie and I are BOTH pregnant and our due dates are literally one day a part! Barbie is due February 22, 2018 and I’m due February 23, 2018. We’re incredibly grateful to be on this journey together and at the same exact time no less. We’ll be sharing more MOTHERHOOD content on the blog and are excited to connect with you all on this beautiful topic as well.

In our first trimester we were able to get by with still wearing clothes from our closet and using helpful maternity items such as the belly band that slips right over your pants. We did implement the rubber band / hair tie trick where you loop it over the button of your jeans and that worked for a while. Then when we welcomed the second trimeter those hair ties would break after a few hours of work so thank good for the belly band! We’ve also been loving these bra extenders and highly recommend looking into them to help you feel more comfortable. Speaking about bras we also bought these maternity undies and although some may say that’s unnecessary we’ve been loving them!
