Peanut Butter & Jelly Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
- 1 frozen banana
- 2 tbsp creamy peanut butter
- 2 dates (optional)
- 1/2 cup vanilla almond milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup ice
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth, we like the VitaMix.
- Pour into your favorite glass and enjoy!
- Optional: Top with fresh berries and a fun straw!
