Peanut Butter & Jelly Smoothie



  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2 tbsp creamy peanut butter
  • 2 dates (optional)
  • 1/2 cup vanilla almond milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup ice


  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth, we like the VitaMix.
  2. Pour into your favorite glass and enjoy!
  3. Optional: Top with fresh berries and a fun straw!
