Luxe Brunch With Mountain Views at the Four Seasons Rancho Encantado
We were in Santa Fe for a long weekend celebrating a wedding recently. As this was a quick trip we wanted to go somewhere fabulous for brunch on Sunday before heading to the airport. After researching best brunches in Santa Fe we came across Terra Restaurant at Four Seasons Resort Rancho Encantado and instantly made a reservation.
Menu
The menu pays tribute to New Mexico culinary traditions and its Southwestern influences. Chilaquiles is one of my favorite brunch dishes and Terra’s came with scrambled eggs, bacon, bell peppers, onion, pico de gallo queso fresco, Christmas chile sauce and black bean puree. This Chilaquiles is the best I’ve ever had and I live in Texas! My husband ordered the elevated Avocado Toast with crab meat, poached egg, watercress, radish and chili oil. Que rico! I’m definitely going to try and recreate this fancy avocado toast at home. You can view the rest of their wonderfully curated Brunch Menu here.
Terra is stunning with massive windows letting the natural light stream in. We loved how elegant everything was without feeling forced and one of the main highlights are the most amazing mountain views from the patio. I can only imagine what the sunset looks like when enjoying dinner al fresco here and I’m definitely coming back to find out!
Exploring Four Seasons Resort Rancho Encantado
Luckily we had a little extra time after our delicious brunch to explore the stunning property. We asked the front desk if it was ok for us to look around as we were already talking about when we can come back to Santa Fe and stay at this beautiful resort. They were incredibly kind, showed us the map and told us a bit more about the resort. Four Seasons is known around the world for its excellence in hospitality and it really shined here – everyone was so nice and accommodating.
This maxi dress was perfect for our brunch. I love that it can be dressed up or down and is as comfortable as it is cute. You’ll never believe the price either! Shop it and other favorites by clicking the picture below.
