This Whole30 beef and sweet potato chili is the first lunch we ate on Whole30 and it’s so good! We will continue making this chili going forward whether we’re on Whole30 or not we love it so much!

Sweet meets heat in this delicious, savory beef and sweet potato chili. We love the taste of the chipotle chili powder and it provides just enough heat to be enticing without being overwhelming. It’s filling and healthy all at the same time and that’s hard to beat!

This recipe is from the WHOLE30 COOKBOOK by Melissa Hartwig and it’s been our go to cookbook along with Pinterest for all of this week’s Whole30 recipes. You can follow our Whole30 Pinterest Board here
