We’ve been meaning to post this for a while now and what better day to post it on than #NationalWineDay! Our drink of choice is wine and we’re always looking for the best places to sip and relax here in Dallas. We’re excited to share with you our favorite Dallas wine bars plus one fantastic one in Fort Worth.

Dallas Wine Bars
(1) Cork Wine Bar
We love Cork wine bar and have been coming here for years. It’s conveniently located in Uptown Dallas in West Village. It’s a beautiful space with state of the art computer touchscreens and pour system that gives you the opportunity to select wines from one of 48 different options, which vary monthly. They also have a great event space in the back where we hosted a stock the bar party for our best friends last year! You can see our full review on Cork Wine Bar here.
(2) The Alcove
This is our neighborhood gem! The Alcove is near and dear to our hearts as Emily’s first date with Chris was here along with their engagement party. Located in the State Thomas neighborhood nestled between uptown and downtown Dallas, it’s the perfect place to pop in for a glass of wine, craft beer or artisanal coffee. They also have a patio that’s great for people watching when the weather in nice plus it’s dog friendly!
(3) Sixty Vines
We’ve been counting down the days to Sixty Vines Uptown location opening and it’s finally here! Sixty Vines is bringing California Wine Country to Dallas, we LOVE it! This just might be our new favorite restaurant + wine bar in Dallas. The space is gorgeous, they offer wine on tap and the food is fantastic. Did we mention they also have Frosé?!

(4) Leela’s Wine Bar
Leela’s Wine Bar is a newcomer to Dallas and we’re super excited about this one! It’s stunning, with pretty modern decor and close to where we live. Not only do they offer wine on tap, they’re also mixing up tasty cocktails with a focus on bourbon. Stop in for happy hour and make sure and order the tuna nachos – a crowd favorite!
Located at 1914 GREENVILLE AVE on Lower Greenville.

(5) Neighborhood Cellar
We recently learned there’s a new wine bar + shop open in Bishop Arts and we’re looking forward to trying it out! They specialize in sourcing wines that taste great, no matter what your budget is. Subscribe to their email list to make sure you stay in the know on special events. Cheers!
(6) Times Ten Cellars
Located in East Dallas this is a great place to relax and try wine made from grapes grown in their own vineyards. They also have small plates and a cute outdoor patio.
(7) Ascension
Possibly known more for their coffee, Ascension also has a well curated wine list. They have multiple locations and we prefer the one in the Crescent. Our favorite thing is to go for brunch on the weekend.
(8) Scardello
Scardello is a gourmet cheese shop that also has an impressive selection of wine. This makes the list because we love attending their wine and cheese classes. Recently we went to a Bordeaux wine and cheese class and we’re going to sign up for the Napa vs Sonoma class that’s coming up in June. They have two locations one on Oak Lawn and the other in the Dallas Farmers Market. We love grabbing a sandwich and glass of vino on the weekend at the Dallas Farmers Market.
(9) Checkered Past
We recently discovered Checkered Past Winery and were blown away by the awesome atmosphere, great selection of Texas wine, and delicious food offerings.
(10) Urban Vines Wine Bistro
A casual place to have dinner and wine in East Dallas.
(11) Royal Blue Grocery
A great place to buy wine and if you have the time enjoy a glass (or two) on the patio with a friend and take in the beautiful surroundings of Highland Park Village.
(12) Beau Nash in the Crescent Court Hotel
A beautiful spot to enjoy a glass of champagne right in the heart of Dallas.
(13) Rise No 1
The perfect place for a girls brunch or dinner! We love going to Rise for a soufflé and glass of champagne. It’s beautifully whimsical and feels like you’ve stepped out of Dallas and into a petit Parisian cafe. They’ve also opened a second location in Fort Worth.

(14) Kent & Co
Fantastic wine bar in Fort Worth on West Magnolia. Kent & Co has won an incredible amount of awards and is reason alone to make the 45 minute drive to Fort Worth.
(15) George Coffee + Provisions
Located in Coppell about a 25 minute drive from Dallas this makes the list because it’s such a gem! Not only is it gorgeous, they’re also serving delicious coffee AND beer and wine. Stop in for a glass of wine and select from multiple gourmet cheese plates and charcuterie boards. It’s the perfect little weekend escape. Drive up on a Saturday, enjoy the Coppell Farmers Market (opening at 8 AM) and walk around the sweet little historic square and then stop in at George Coffee + Provisions for a leisure hour or two before heading back.
